What to include in your inquiry

What we look for
We prefer advertising that is relevant to the local audience and clear about what is being offered. We may decline or remove advertising that is misleading, harmful, illegal, or inconsistent with our community and editorial standards. We do not accept content that impersonates a person, business, or government office, or that promotes scams or fraudulent services.
How advertising is labeled
Sponsored or paid placements should be distinguishable from editorial content. Where required, they will carry a label such as “Sponsored” or “Promotion.” Payment does not give an advertiser control over news coverage or the right to suppress accurate reporting.
